Home Jotter is a privately funded startup company with an office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Home Jotter is funded and employed by two college students.  Started as a side project in July 2009, Home Jotter has grown into a successful off-campus housing directory.

Home Jotter is an online property directory with properties specifically for college students. The site allows rental companies to place college housing ads for FREE. College students often don’t have time to physically look for housing near campus, or wade through all of the online listings in a city just to find a few near their school. This website does that for them. With a few simple clicks, college students can find perfect off-campus living.

College students are spending more and more time and money by attending college. Thus, students are not able to spend much time hunting for a place to live. College students should not have to physically around their city to search for their perfect place to live; it should not be necessary. There should be an online directory that allows college students to find that perfect place within a few clicks of their mouse, hence the existence of Home Jotter.
