How are property listings listed on Home Jotter?

In the old site, the listing of property owners was simply done by a first-come-first-serve basis. In this new version of Home Jotter, properties are displayed completely randomly within Home Jotter's search results. Therefore, no one property owner has an advantage over the other.

At some point, we will implement a feature called "Featured Property" where, provided a small payment, your property listing with be at the top of Home Jotter's search results for a specific college. This will guarantee that your property will be seen by college students, and more importantly, it will be one of the first properties that they see.
