I forgot my password. What is it?

It is strongly recommended that you write down your password or use a master password that you can remember. We know that some things happen, and you might forget your password to sign into your Home Jotter account.

To receive your password, please fill out your email associated with your Home Jotter account within the password page. After submitting your email, we will get back to you within one to two business days with a password for you to access your account.

A new feature on Home Jotter is in your Edit Profile page, after you sign into your account. To help property owners to remember their email and password, it is listed within this page.
