Who is Home Jotter for?

home [hohm]: a house, apartment, or other shelter that is the usual residence of a person, family, or household.

jot-ter [jot-er]: a person who jots things down.

Home Jotter is an online service for college students looking for a place to live. The site allows rental companies to place college housing ads for FREE. College students often don’t have time to physically look for housing near campus, or wade through all of the online listings in a city just to find a few near their school. This web site does that for them. With a few simple clicks, college students can find perfect off-campus living.

Home Jotter was created by college students from Wisconsin.  We are currently attending UW-Stout and UW-Eau Claire.  Because we know just how hard it can be to find that perfect place, we’ve got college students in mind.

Although the site is still in its early stages, we are continually striving to make it easy-to-use and accessible for the landlords and college students who visit the site daily.
