We continue to follow user behavior and pay close attention to feature requests. However, we are also very much guided by our philosophy of keeping things simple and intuitive so we like to restrain ourselves with regard to features. That being said, we are striving to create a global system where property owners from all over the world will be able to submit their properties.

We plan to build Home Jotter, Inc into a successful, revenue-generating company. Home Jotter is a free service we created for landlords and college students, but that might need to change.  In order to keep the site up and running, we need to become a revenue-generating company, therefore we will eventually need to charge property owners.

After we develop Home Jotter, Inc into a revenue-generating company, we would like to create mobile version of the website so our users can easily access our website using their mobile phones.
